All sales are final. This means that once you have purchased an item from our outlet store, you cannot return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Exceptions:

• Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to evaluate the item and issue a refund or exchange if necessary.
• Gift Cards and Store Credit: Gift cards and store credit purchased on blankspacethestore.com cannot be used on our outlet store. Our outlet operates as a separate entity, and all outlet sales are final.

Additional Notes:

• We do not offer holds on any items in our outlet store.
• Please carefully inspect your items before purchase, as all sales are final.
